Entire onboarding process

1. Preparation

After you have sent us the signed contract offer, we begin the preparations for a smooth start. You will receive all relevant information about your first day of work as well as other general important information by e-mail

2. First day of work

On your first day of work, you will attend our new employee orientation event. Here you will get a general overview of various topics concerning the working world at Wörwag Pharma. Afterwards, your journey in your new team begins.

3. Onboarding plan

An individual onboarding plan is used to record important training sessions, familiarization appointments and familiarization with your respective subject areas. In addition to technical training, we place great emphasis in our training courses on identification with our corporate culture, our values and cross-functional exchange

4. Probationary period interview

Together with your supervisor, you will set your individual goals, which will be reviewed in regular feedback sessions. At the end of the probationary period, you will have a probationary period interview in which you will discuss the familiarization phase and further cooperation with your supervisor.

Can I subsequently add/correct/replace documents in my application?

You can log into your candidate profile at any time and manually change/correct the stored data and documents there under "Job administration" → "Job applications".

What should I look for in my application?

Important aspects during the entire selection process are authenticity, courage and motivation. Show us with your application how you fit into our team and why you are interested in Wörwag Pharma and the specific position.

When will I receive feedback on my application?

As soon as you have submitted your application, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. We will make every effort to provide you with feedback on your application in a timely manner.

What can I expect in the interview?

The first interview takes place online. The interview is about getting to know each other, clarifying basic conditions, open questions and mutual expectations. Honesty is particularly important to us. So be open - and so are we. We are interested in your previous experience, your motivation and your way of working. In the second personal interview, we delve deeper into your professional and personal suitability. Depending on the position, a work sample may be part of the interview.

I have received a rejection letter. Can I get feedback on this decision?

Due to the large number of applications received, it is unfortunately not possible for us to include individual feedback with each rejection after reviewing the application.

What is the dress code for job interviews?

There is no dress code at our company. So feel free to wear an outfit that you feel comfortable in. If in doubt, a business casual outfit is always appropriate.

What are the working hours at Wörwag Pharma?

We have flexible trust-based working hours. You can organize your day in the framework working hours between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. in the way that suits you best. The prerequisite, of course, is that you have important meetings on your schedule and coordinate them with your team and your supervisor.
