Application area

Vitamin B12 deficiency that cannot be corrected through a healthy diet.

Dosage and use

At the beginning of therapy during the first two weeks after diagnosis 1 ml (one ampoule) B12 Ankermann® Injekt 1,000 μg is administered once or twice a week, which equals 1,000-2,000 μg cyanocobalamin per week.

B12 Ankermann® Injekt 1,000 μg is usually administred intramuscular, but it can also be administered slowly intravenous and subcutaneous.

One ampoule with 1 ml injection solution contains cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1,000 μg. For other ingredients, please refer to the direction for use.
