Application area

Zinkorot® 25 mg tablets are suitable for the treatment of zinc deficiency if it cannot be corrected by a usual diet.

Dosage and use

Unless prescribed otherwise, take half a tablet to one tablet daily. Tablets should be taken with enough liquid and with a timely distance to any meal. Duration of intake depends on therapeutic success.

One tablet contains 157.36 mg zinc orotate, 2 H2O (equaling 25 mg or 0.38 mMol zinc).

Zinkorot® 25 mg Tabletten – the extra large dose of zinc

Zinkorot® 25 mg Tabletten has many important properties in order to be well accepted by our body.

High bioavailability due to the organic compound: The term "bioavailability" refers to the proportion of the ingested active ingredient that actually reaches the bloodstream and is therefore available to the body.

High dosage: 25 mg zinc per tablet – this actually contains what it says on the packet. Therefore, half a tablet up to one tablet per day should be sufficient.
