Application area

Proven magnesium deficiency when it causes muscle disorders (neuromuscular disorders, calf cramps).

Dosage and use

Adults take one bag once per day; this equals 500 mg magnesium.

The content of the bag should be stirred in 125 ml of water and drunk after three to five minutes.

A temporal limitation of application is not necessary except for renal dysfunctions.

In case of a chronic magnesium deficiency the administration should last four weeks.

One bag (7475 mg) contains 6675 mg magnesiumbis(hydrogenaspartate)-dihydrate (equals 500 mg, 20,58 mMol or 41,15 mVal magnesium). For other ingredients, please refer to the direction for use.

For treating muscle and calf cramps*

If muscle and calf cramps occur frequently, a magnesium deficiency could be the reason. Nightly calf cramps can especially interfere with the quality of sleep.
